Denna instruktion g\u00e4ller ljudenheter, smarta ringar och andra WestendXFi-produkter som s\u00e4ljs av v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag. Om du k\u00f6pt produkten fr\u00e5n en \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare ska reklamationen i f\u00f6rsta hand g\u00f6ras direkt till ink\u00f6psst\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n

1. Allm\u00e4n garantiinformation<\/h2>\n

Garantin varierar beroende p\u00e5 produktgrupp. Den produktspecifika garantiperioden anges p\u00e5 produktsidan, i instruktionerna som medf\u00f6ljer produkten eller i kundtj\u00e4nstbekr\u00e4ftelsen. Garantiperioden b\u00f6rjar l\u00f6pa fr\u00e5n ink\u00f6psdatumet och t\u00e4cker tillverkningsfel och funktionsfel som uppst\u00e5r vid normal anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n

2. Garanti och reklamationer<\/h2>\n

F\u00f6r best\u00e4llningar som g\u00f6rs i Westends webbutik kan best\u00e4llningen vanligtvis hittas baserat p\u00e5 kundens namn, e-postadress eller ordernummer.<\/p>\n

Vid reklamation b\u00f6r kunden om m\u00f6jligt inkludera:<\/p>\n

  • K\u00f6pkvitto, orderbekr\u00e4ftelse eller annat bevis p\u00e5 k\u00f6pdatum<\/li>\n
  • ordernummer, om tillg\u00e4ngligt<\/li>\n
  • tydlig beskrivning av felet<\/li>\n
  • bilder eller video av felet om det underl\u00e4ttar utredningen av \u00e4rendet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Garantiperiodens l\u00e4ngd<\/h2>\n

    Garantiperioden best\u00e4ms utifr\u00e5n produkten, ink\u00f6psdatum och ansvar f\u00f6r fel enligt konsumentskyddslagen. Garantin t\u00e4cker tillverkningsfel och felaktig funktion vid normal anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n

    4. Garanti- och underh\u00e5llsprocess<\/h2>\n

    Om reklamationen godk\u00e4nns inom garantiperioden kan kunden erbjudas reparation, utbyte, prisavdrag eller h\u00e4vning av k\u00f6pet, beroende p\u00e5 situationen.<\/p>\n

    • anv\u00e4nda i strid med anvisningarna<\/li>\n
    • skador orsakade av anv\u00e4ndning, f\u00f6rvaring eller yttre faktorer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6. Garanti och returr\u00e4tt<\/h2>\n

      Den lagstadgade \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tten g\u00e4ller i 14 dagar fr\u00e5n mottagandet av best\u00e4llningen f\u00f6r produkter som k\u00f6pts fr\u00e5n webbutiken. Dessutom kan WestendXFi erbjuda en separat 60-dagars n\u00f6jdhetsgaranti f\u00f6r produkter om det anges p\u00e5 produktsidan eller returpolicysidan.<\/p>\n
