Overview
E-commerce products are sold by Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy, Business ID 2366448-3. Products are sold within EU (European Union) countries with limitations (see Delivery). Prices include the value-added tax. We reserve the right to changes.

How to order
Products are ordered via e-commerce. If necessary, the order can also be made by other means (e.g., by phone, e-mail). The order is accepted once the payment is receivedMasterCard after which a confirmation via email will follow. To receive a Binding Confirmation, you must provide an email address. The order confirmation shows the order information, which can also be checked through the user account at the online store. The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract upon purchase.

Payment options
Payment methods: Card payment (Visa, MasterCard), Paypal, Finnish bank payment with the following banks: (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Danskebank, Aktia, POP Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki), Lasku/osamaksu (Collector). An invoice may be issued case by case in which, the details of your order you will receive by email as soon as your order is made. Payment is made to the bank account of Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy with the order number. Once the payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation and the order will be processed.
All payments are made in Euros. Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy is not liable for any currency exchange costs.

Delivery
We deliver to EU countries: Flat rate 9,90 € including VAT 24%. Free delivery for orders over 150 €. Please check your delivery destination (and exceptions) below in the chart.
The delivery method is a tracked DHL (or Posti) shipment or in local cases a pick-up from Espoo. Delivery time is 5-10 business days, however, in some cases we need to extend delivery times due to handmade assembly. We keep the customer up to date throughout the delivery cycle.

Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy deliveries are shipped within the EU so you will not be charged any additional taxes or duties if you live in a member state of the EU.
Westend Musical Instruments Ltd Oy will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Return and Exchange Policy
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If you would like to return the product, please call +358 400 811 165 or email westend@westendxfi.com. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, in its original packaging. The right of return does not apply to products that are used.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarise themself with the current terms of delivery before placing the order. Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
